Hello, my name is Chuck Holcomb and I have been playing in the kitchen from when I was very young. I would help my mom bake and try to make things myself. I am not a chief, no far from it. I some times like to play and make people think I know what I am doing, but if you eat what I cook you are taking your chances.
My career path took me in to high tech, where I learned how to create and maintain websites. So I decide to put something I like to play with (cooking) and what I know (web design / web host) and created this site.
There are a lot of recipes and cookbooks here and it grows daily. I work on this and some other sites way more than I should, but in my current corporate position I have a lot of down time. So I thought I would see if I could get this off the ground and maybe even make some $$$ with it. I am about ten years from retirement and would love to make this site away to have a sustainable income when I do retire. We’ll see how it goes.
I would really like to see this site takeoff and grow big. I do not want to ever sell out and turn this in to a big ad site. At most you will only see 1 or 2 small ads. Of course I will be having ads to my eShop located here.
